Who Are We?
Northbridge Financial's expertise lies in innovative "out of the box" solutions
to enhance shareholder value including IPO advisory, takeover, merger, acquisition
advisory, leveraged buyouts, proxy fights, direct acquisition of stakes in companies,
removal of slothful managements and improving cost and revenue efficiencies in companies
We don't just sit there waiting for shareholder value to be enhanced or opportunities
to crop up. We actively look at companies, make pitches suggesting different shareholder
enhancement ideas. Our proactive approach is forcing companies to enhance shareholder
value or face takeover/acquisition challenges by active shareholders or their competitors
We enhance our client's value by bringing unique investment ideas to the table from
finding acquisition candidates to suggesting merger candidates to enhancing shareholder
value
We also acquire stakes in company, look for change in slothful management and work
closely with companies to enhance value before taking them public or doing another
public offer

Where are the positions based?
All positions are based in Mumbai currently. All positions require travel
